OIL TASTING

The Oil tasting is a unique experience of its kind. Guided Tour with an expert to discover strengths and weaknesses of some indispensable flavours such as bit and visit of the oil mill to discover the various steps of olive processing. Price for person :50€ (with transfert total price: 150 € for people)

TASTING OF TYPICAL UMBRIAN PRODUCTS

Tasting experience to discover the best products of the Umbrian territory. We will taste extravirgin olive oil on bruschetta ( wood baked bread)but also cheeses such as caciotta or pecorino , salami and our special traditional ham.All combined with a glass of delicious Umbrian wine Price for person : 30€ tasting. COOKING LESSON

THE LESSONS WILL BE BASED ON THE MOST TRADITIONAL UMBRIAN RECIPES SO TO BE ABLE, AT THE END OF THE SESSION, TO REALIZE SOME SPECIALITIES OF OUR TEVERE VALLEY AND YOU WILL BE THE COOK! ENJOY THE LUNCH COOKED BY YOURSELF! Price for person : 30 € (with transport total price 100€ for people.)

TRUFFLE HUNTING

Guided tour in the wood. with a TRUFFLE HUNTER EXPERT Together we will go deep in the knowledge of the truffle: its biology, the growth environment and the traditions that surround this world. You will experience the thrill of truffle hunting thanks to the experts and their truffle dogs. At the end of the hunting a banquet with tasting of local products will await you. Price for person : 80€ (with transfert 130€ for people.)

PIC NIC ON THE HILLS OR IN THE VINEYARD

The picnic in Umbria is a great experience that takes place among the vineyards or in the hills of Umbria. With a blanket, a basket, a bottle of wine and some typical Umbrian products you can enjoy an excellent sensory experience and enjoy nature. Price for person : 50€ (just the food basket). With transfert 150€ for people.
